Text and formula in same cell-how I can get the one cell to display 'Growth 79.2%'

I have a cell with a growth formula in it:

    =SUM(B135/B134)-1

I want the cell to say 'Growth xxx%' but cannot find a way to put text in with the formula without it displaying the formula rather than the answer.

At a pinch I could concatenate it (it wouldn't be ideal but it would help in some cases) but if I do that the answer to the formula does not appear as a percentage.

Any ideas how I can get the one cell to display 'Growth 79.2%' using a formula to work out the growth?

    Thanks

    You mean something like this:

    ="Growth "&B1/B2-1&"%"
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Thanks. That didn't quite work but have just found that this does ="Growth "&TEXT(B90/B89-1,"0.00%")
