Changing letter case on mass

Okay this may not be the normal excel type of question, but hopefully someone may be able to help?

I have an Excel sheet where everything is TYPED IN CAPITALS.

I could work through the alphabet and change each letter in turn using the find & replace function to get everything like this

However I was wondering if there's a quick way to achieve lower case letters, but also to get the first letter only of each Word As A Capitol

Can anyone help me please? And thanks in advance for reading and any help

Have a look at the PROPER() function...

You may be able to use it and then copy/paste special >> Values over the original data.

I tried the PROPER() way, but it was too simple for me as I couldn't get it to work? However.... I also tried the VB code and it worked So I'm well pleased.

I'll have another play with the PROPER() code to try and see why I couldn't get it to work.
