I have a spreadsheet with a ten digit number in the first column and also additional columns including columns with first and last names. I want to capture the first and last name data into a second spreadsheet which will have the same number in the first column but empty name columns. The second spreadsheet will also contain additional rows of data which are not in the first spreadsheet. Basically what i need to do is merge the names from the first spreadsheet into the bigger second spreadsheet. How can this be accomplished?
Thanks for any help on this, as it will save me alot of data entry time.
