    Identifying Linked Spreadsheets

Our accountants have set up a lot of linked spreadsheets on their network drives. However we are in the process of moving and consolidating servers and therefore the paths will be different in the new environment.

Does anyone know of a way or a tool to identify all spreadsheets on a network drive that are linked to another spreadsheet ?

    Thanks

*tsk* Pesky accountants. Who do they think they are?

Not sure there is a way of finding out other than opening the files, but this macro will go through all the files in a directory and list which files have links. You might get asked if you want to update the file as it opens (it depends how "they" have them set up) - just say no.
