Find error

I have an access database that does all my accounting. My current balance sheet does not balance. It has a balance error of $447.50. I have searched for similar numbers in the database, and double it and half it, with no success. It will be a combination of two or more numbers. I think that exporting the values in the database to excel, and then doing a query? that tried to match my 447.50 error with combinations from my value list (either two numbers from the list added together, or three numbers added together will find my problem. So how do I set up a query? that samples and calculates each combination of two(or three) numbers from that list, and determines if that result matches my error value.

A FAR BETTER APPROACH WOULD BE TO REPLACE ALL YOUR DATA WITH TEST DATA, USING 1, 3,7,15,31,63,127 ETC ETC

OR MAINLY ONES AND THE ODD 100, this is likely to find the logical error quite quickly.

Post the data in excel format and I will look at it for you.....

Now that is using your brains. Very good lateral thinking.

The file is attached. Your idea - however good thinking, will not work here as the combination of my own numbers is what is giving the isssue.
