Project Tracking Help

Could someone please point me in the right direction I am trying to set up a project tracking by products sheet for my team.

I have been playing with IF, CountIF, SumIF but not having much luck.

Attached is the sheet.

IF column G has a Month in it i was looking to add up the number of potential projects in the selected month ie if column G has 3 Junes in it place 3 in June.

Any help would be great
