Making a time sheet

I am currently working on making a time sheet for my Job and I can not figure out how to make the spreed sheet calculate the time I put in.
EX:
Week #1 Date Start Out In Finish Hours Worked
Monday 21 6:00 12:00 13:00 16:00 (4pm) 10

I want it so all I have to do is change the time I started and ended and the break times (out and in), so it will calculate the Hours worked for me.
