It appears as if you need to use the Data Filtering options. Can you zip up the workbook and attach it here with a few notes of explanation referring to rows/columns etc in the workshhets, and exact;y what you want to extract and where you want the results to appear.

Thanks. I will need to use the data from 4 samples(shifts) per agent my 15 from 300 or so then sort only 3 key items so for each agent from 20 or so metrics.
I have to copy the data select the agents deleting the others, then per agent select the data 3 metrics. again deleting whats not needed(sorting??)
With that I can then start, right now its a lot of work but I figure I could automate some of the sorting.
I would zip the files but I think they would be company property and I could lose my job.

There is nothing wrong with using examples. A list of 5 to 10 names will to the trick.

Like company one, company two or big business, bigger business.

Reference keywords, so you know wihch company or business you are editing out.

    Cheers

    macro

    Hi
Hi I find the description a little hazy. if col A has 300 agents, how do I know which 15 of them are yours.Assuming col B has the criteria to choose, which columns have data / stat that correspond to them that you need pulled out what is the basis for second sorting? I can offer you a macro solution based on the info you can give, me

I have a list of my agents, right now I go in sort A\Z then delete anyone not on my team, then delete all the data not needed, then do the report for each agent then add the report to a word doc then repeat 30 times for the team then x that by 4 takes hours, I will try to add a file so that you can see what I am doing and how I should do it.
