Help with a Dates question

i am trying figure out a formula that will take a date and count backward 4 days and give the result. the result CANNOT be a weekend day, but the next farthest business day back. ie. if the date in question is Thurs... then 4 days back would be Sun... but i want it to say the previous Fri. instead. it also must account for holidays. Any Suggestions from the Excel Gurus????
