    Question Formula Assistance

    Hello!

    I'm not sure how to fix this one. I need to put my formula to calculate working days opposed to calendar days.

    The formula that I'm using now is:

    =IF(OR(U8=0,U8=""),"",IF(U8="N/A","N/A",IF(OR(U8="Same Day",U8<=7),"Compliant","Non Compliant")))

    How could I change this to add working days?
