Download and install my add-in via the link below - I believe it may have some tools you could find useful.

Ultimate > Sheets > Sort Sheets will sort all your sheet tabs into order, alpha, reverse alpha or a custom one.
Ultimate > Sheets > Worksheet Navigator will put all your worksheets into a toolbar, so you can see them all on screen at once (rather than the limited number you can fit on the bottom of the screen).
Ultimate > Sheets > Select Sheet from List will install a toolbar on your Excel environment with a drop down box containing all your worksheets. Click on one to go there.
Ultimate > Sheets > Create Index Sheet will create a new worksheet listing all the other sheets, these can be clickable hyperlinks to take you straight there, or just bog standard text.

Thank you so much for you link! It's by no mean a powerful add-in feature and I'm sure it will help to save me tremendous time. But I did encounter a troubleshoot using the software.

I downloaded the "Setup" file and installed it successfully. But when I went to Excel Tool->Add-ins, I could not find the ultimate add-ins option on the list. I clicked "Browse", it leads me directly to Microsoft's Add-Ins folder, where there is no ultimate add-ins either.

Do you know if the file is hidden somewhere else or I actually did not install it successfully. But I did installed it many times and even tried to reboot my computer.

Please be advised.

The files are not hidden, but from the add-ins dialog you need to click on browse to find them. When you run the install routine the default loacation of the files is C:\Program Files\Ultimate\, so you just need to navigate to the location, click on the file Ultimate Add-In.xla and click OK. The add-in will now appear in your list of addins. Tick the box and click OK to bring it into your Excel environment.

If you selected somewhere else to put the files, you will need to find out where you put them. You could use the windows search facility (Start > Search) to find where you put them.
