Download and install my add-in via the link below - I believe it may have some tools you could find useful.
Ultimate > Sheets > Sort Sheets will sort all your sheet tabs into order, alpha, reverse alpha or a custom one.
Ultimate > Sheets > Worksheet Navigator will put all your worksheets into a toolbar, so you can see them all on screen at once (rather than the limited number you can fit on the bottom of the screen).
Ultimate > Sheets > Select Sheet from List will install a toolbar on your Excel environment with a drop down box containing all your worksheets. Click on one to go there.
Ultimate > Sheets > Create Index Sheet will create a new worksheet listing all the other sheets, these can be clickable hyperlinks to take you straight there, or just bog standard text.
