Just touching an EdMac said about the true averages. The formula must divided by both sumproducts or none.

=ROUND((SUMPRODUCT(AVERAGE(Ttool!AI:AI)/2)+SUMPRODUCT(AVERAGE(Alpha!AI:AI))/2),0)&" Days"

Clear as mud ??
