vlookup did't work

I believe some expert can help me : -

I wanna return value 1 in column B in report wheet, but vlookup function fail to return the value ?? Please help !

fomula used : vlookup(A1,(fcost),2,0)

and I used to Ctrl+F fuction key to search for barcode:B816C714918 position in cell A68 in report worksheet (ie highlighted in green colour), but i failed to locate the same barcode in Fcost worksheet. ( cellA238, in green colour) , can expert advice me ??

The formula in B2 and copied down should be =VLOOKUP(A2, Fcost!$A$2:$B$1284,2,0)
Then you need to get rid of the trailing blanks in column A so the formula can work.
