Sort Groups of Rows

Is there anyway to 1) Sort groups of rows 2) sort each groups rows easily

I don't know how to sort groups of rows at all and sorting each group manually is time consuming.

So I want to sort the "Groups" of rows so that GroupA goes first etc etc
