97-2003 Worksheet in Excel 2007

Hi

Excel complains that I have put values in four cells outside the old IV, 65536 limits and that this information will be lost in the old format. I am shocked, shocked!, by these accusations. I have never strolled outside the limits.

And it does this every time I save, is it part of some Microsoft strategy?
