Times in column getting percentage

Hi,
I have a coulmn (C) with 240 times in and I need to work out the percentage of each times betwwent certain hour gaps (It's for file availability) so I need to know what percentage of the time was a file ready between 00:00 & 01:00, what percentage between 01:00 & 02:00. And I haven't got a clue where to start.

Can anyone who is clever out there help?
