    Conditional Formatting

I use EXCEL every day but only need to make changes a few times a year. I am sure that at one time I was able to format a cell such that if the value in cell X changed the font color in cell Y would change according to a set formula.
In any case, I can't seem to reconstruct that process. Am I dreaming or is it a fairly simple process?

You can set a formula in the Conditional Foematting Wizard so that say if A1 is greater than 10 B1 Font is red. See

    Hope that helps.
