    Hiding/showing rows???

    Hi,,
I don't know if this problem has been addressed below before, if it has, then I apologise.

The problem I want to correct is this:

I have a team of 30 players, each has ther own row which shows there name, played games, won and lost games, and the players average. As all the players in this list are not picked to play each game some of the rows remain blank (except for name, and played games= 0). so I want to hide these rows.

When a player is picked, or has played a game, I then want to show his row.
So generally I want to use the Played games cell to hide or show the row.

Is this possible to do, using a standard forumla, (maybe conditional formatting?), or will I need a macro.

I'm pretty new to all this, so any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks in advance to any reply.

Under the data dropdown, there is Filter> Autofilter option. Highlight all your data (or just the one column you want to filter on) and choose the autofilter. Filtering on Non-blanks is one of the options.
