Thank you for the reply - I finally figured out how do that - but - I am not sure what happens if someone has no access to that network share. If I had to provide a copy for them, how would I refresh the data from that standpoint? Would I have to start from scratch with the pivot table wizard and MS query the way I did it in the first place?
