    Flag smallest value based on other criteria

    Hello everyone, it's been a while since I pose a question. Here is what I’m struggling. I have two columns one that has National ranking and the other column that consists of Area ranking. Once I identify my Area winners I need to pick up 2 National winners within Area winners. So the two that have smallest National ranking should be flagged as National winners see attached for detail explanation:

    Hi,

    Try this in F2 and auto-fill down the column

    =IF(AND(D2=1,C2<=2),"Ntl Lead","")

    Hi,

    May be this might work for you, put this in F2, you may have to adjust the range to your actual range.

    =IF(OR(SMALL($C$2:$C$17,1)=C2,SMALL($C$2:$C$17,2)=C2),"Nat Lead","")

    See attached
