Trying to make a Bracket?

I'm trying to make a NCAA 2008 Bracket format in Excel, How do you have a line going through the middle of a cell
Using 2007 stats, but will make changes when 2008 comes out.
Florida 1
Jackson St. 16

Florida is in cell A 3
---------------
Jackson St. in cell A 4

like above but line is solid not dotted
In Cell B 4 - I want to draw a line out in the middle of the cell, like this _______
but have it in the middle of Cell B 4

It kind of worked but I also need to put Florida in that space also and the Line stays there

Well Thanks to all that helped me, - on trying to make a NCAA Backetball Bracket from Excel - NOT. I pretty much figured it out myself. I also was able to get the whole thing on 1 Page
