Macro for creating a pivot table

hi all,

does anybody have an idea of how to create a macro that will automatically create a pivot table from data in another worksheet?

Tried but the macro always halts and its griving me nuts!

Hi,

Did you record the macro from the Macro Recorder, or did you write it from scratch+ If the former, then there's no reason it wouldn't run. What error message does it stop with?

Why don't you list the macro code you're using here so that we can form a better idea.
