    Insert table to word

    I am trying to insert an excel table to a word document.
    I am selecting the excel table(copy/paste) and then in word I am using : EDIT>PASTE SPECIAL>MICROSOFT OFFICE EXCEL WORKSHEET OBJECT.
    The table is long and I cannot make it paste/split to the second page.
    Is there anyway it can be done ? To have a long table go to multiple pages ?

    try pasting as formated text(rtf) instead
