I can not figure out this issue.
In cell A1 I need to be able to enter a variable (Any whole Number)
From that variable I need to make sure cell b22(+A1 in variable form) is > than 0.
For instance in cell A1 If I were to enter 7
I would need to lookup cell b29 which is (B(22) + A1, so 22 plus 7(a1z0)
Is there anyway to do this?

Not entirely clear what you want but maybe this is it?
=IF(A22+A1>0,INDIRECT("A"&A22+A1),"What?")
Replace "What" with whatever you waqnt to have if the condition is not met.
