I have added a button in the menu bar via Right click in the Menue bar => “Customise”, => "Macros" => and then inserted “Custom Menu Item” to the your menu bar.
BUT: How can I rename the button from “Custom Menu Item” to something else?

With the "Customize" dialogue window still open, right click on the custom menu item and edit the Name field in the pop up menu.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
If you are happy with the results, please add to the contributor's reputation by clicking the reputation icon (star icon) below left corner

With the customise dialog box still open right click the new menu and change name

I would say that this was not obvious how to do... That I had to have the "Customize" dialog box open at the same time. Anyway: Thanks for the quick reply,
