Assigment assistance (need ideas)

Hey peeps, i have uploaded my assignment with this as you will need to look at it for an idea of what i am on about,

what i need to answer is this

"use skills and knowledge to provide alternative methods of opening the application and of interfacing with the user which enhance the operation of the package making it easy to use and giving it a professional appearance"

so far i have written up about the following;

標e could create a new shortcut, storing on a local pen drive or the desktop
標e could upload the xls file and turn it into a web page, meaning it was accessible from the internet
標e could turn the xls file in to an executable file
