pull down mechanism to hide/show rows

Dear all,

To make my sheets look nicer, I'd like to make a kind of pull down mechanism, to show or hide some rows with 1 click, so you can hide when you don't need them, and show them easily.
Is this possible without programming? Or does someone has an example of how to do this?
