Hi there, I have Excel 2000 and was wondering if there is a way to increase the number of conditional formats. Right now Excel2000 allows 3 in one cell. Does Excel XP have this limitation? or is there a way to increase in Excel 2000?

Thanks but is the Excel that comes with OfficeXP, 2003 or 2007? Sorry for the silly question, but I might have to then go buy Excel 07.

Hi,
You can get Office XP in both 2003 and 2007, but 2003 is limited to 3 CF, whereas in 2007 a cell can be formatted based on an unlimited number of conditions.
