Dates out of place (file included) **second attempt**

Can someone tell me the reason why some of my dates are out of place? I have a large file and 5 rows of the same date are completely out of place. They either show up not where they're supposed to or rite at the end (when I sort by ascending).

They are in date format and everything seems to be ok but for some reason I can't sort them.

I have put the file online this time (only a small portion of it, because it is too big), if you have any idea why the dates 27/9 are out of place please let me know and how I can fix it.
