autofill column with values from an access db query?

suppose I have 4 Columns A,B,C and D in a spreadsheet. and 4 columns 1, 2, 3, and 4 in a an access db query
Is it possible to autofill Column D with the values from column 4 in my access query with the condition that it will only auto fill D if the value of column B is the same as the value as column 2 in my db query?

i think you would have to fetch all of column 2 and 4 down from access to excel in another sheet in your workbook . then get column 2 to look at column b if it is the same copy column 4 to the sheet you need it on

or = you take excel up to access and put the 2 queries togther. then run the new query
