Hello!
I'm having a hard time working this formula, can anyone help?
If an employee has 2 years or less of service they get 1 week vacation, 3-5 years, they get 2 weeks vacation, 5-8 years they get 3 weeks vacation and anything over 8 years, they get 4 weeks vacation.
I can't for the life of me figure the IF statement, please, can anyone help?
I'm new to Excel and having a hard time!

How about
=IF(D8>=8,4,IF(D8>=5,3,IF(D8>=3,2,IF(D8<=2,1,0))))

Is 5 years 2 or 3?
With year's service in B1....
=MATCH(B1,{0,3,5,8})
Another one?
=LOOKUP(B1,{0,1;3,2;5,3;8,4})
