how to change all values on a sheet

hello,

i wanted to know if there is a way i can bassically change all values when a check box is checked for example

if the sheet contains the following information:

company1 Company 2 Company 3
Cell charges(Peek) £0.35 £0.34 £0.35
Cell Charges (off Peak) £0.10 £0.10 £0.10
Cost Per Text £0.10 £0.10 £0.10

there would be 3 or mre check boxes which if click then that data in the table would change

i would be relly greatful if someone could help me

if say forexample cell A1/2/3 had check boxes named employee1,employee2, employee3

under the check boxes was some data eg

company 1 company 2 company 3

now the call chagres and cost per text would change as the check box is changed
