Blank Cells that are not Empty

    Hi --
I have a column that appears to have blank cells, but they don't seem to be empty. I have some cells that have text in them (related to the same row in other columns).
What is the best way to make the cells empty?

Select the cells and Press Delete, or Edit > Clear > All / Formats / Contents / Comments

I could do that, it will take a while. I have over a thousand cells with text interspersed.

    Any other ideas?

It would be expeditious if you described all your circumstances at once, n'est pas?

What distinguishes these cells? What's in them -- do they have formulas that resolve to blanks?

VBA Noob, thanks. I received a message saying that the value couldn't be found.

    Worked for me

Try this macro which will do the same thing e.g remove excess spaces
