select an option from H2 and cells (J3:J8) will automaticly update with Col A info

Hi All,
Thanks for looking.
Please see the attached.
The yellow cell (H2) is a validation list.
Idealy i would like to select an option from H2 and the pink cells (J3:J8) will automaticly update with the information held in column A.
Any help would be appriceated.
