Color triangle notification

I have a rather weird question.

In excel you can place a remark/notification with each cell, you know where you get the beautifull triangle in the corner.
The problem i have, some of my row have a red background, i don't see the red traingle...
So my question is, is there a way to:
A) make all the triangles for example black
B) make the triangles red where the background is red.

NOTE, my sheet already has a VBA-script to change the row-background-color on special conditions, so if it can be included there this would be great. Here is the script:
