Sorting and losting the position!

Hi everybody! are you all right? im ok!

ok, here in excel, i need to make links, and get values between various sheets within a workbook, i have almost 20 shhets inside the same workbook and i have to make lots of links between their values,
BUT
i have to sort them alfabethicaly, and when i do that, the values change rom cell to cell, but their "anchors" not, so every link i made, and operation that pointed to a specifc cell isnt updated!

how can i sort without lost the position information?

any one knows?
