rounding error?

    rounding error?

    pls help....
    i have this amortization schedule..which i found on the net basically...and when i enter 0% interest...it shows some negative numbers on the comparison table!!...or positive! why!??!? how can i get rid of this rounding error probably..without messing up the entire worksheet?

    If you remove the round from formulas in column K, like so i.e. K7, that seems to fix it.

    =-PMT(D7/1,term*1,loan_amount)
