How to delete redundant info/data rows

I have a long list that I have sorted. There are over 59,000 rows. I am trying to compile a list of what I have. There are only about 2700 unique entries in my list.

How do I sort or get rid of all the redundant entries in my one column?

I need to be able to copy and paste or save this compiled list for use in another application that imports TXT's files and CSV files.
