Multiple LOOKUP and IF....

I want to return a value from a spreadsheet (named AAAA.xls) if two criteria are met from spreadsheet (named BBBB.xls)

so:
if values in cell b3 and cell c3 can be found in cells A2:H132 of spreadsheet (BBBB.xls) return the value of cell H into spreadsheet named (AAAA.xls)

any suggestions / resolutions gratefully received!
