    Too many formats!

    Hello all,

I have an enormous file which has reached its format quota.

This makes making changes to the file extremely tedious (can't copy and paste from external, can't format ANY cells.)

Does anyone have any reccomendations to make life easier, other than going through and manually reducing formatting?

    Thanks in advance,

    Heski

I would change all the formatting back to Normal, delete all custom formats, and then be more selective in applying custom formats.

Custom formats are like using bold and italics for emphasis; when overdone, it loses all impact and becomes tedious.
