I am running Outlook 2007 on Vista Ultimate. I would like to disable the splash that displays when the Excel starts. I can disable the splash in word with the /q switch, is there something similar in Excel?

Hello shollomon,
I don't know about Excel 2007 because I don't have it. However, in the previous versions of Excel you can start Excel without the splash screen using the " /e" command line switch. The space is necessary if you are running Excel from the command line or altering the target path of a shortcut.
Sincerely,
Leith Ross
