Is it possible to calculate Medians in Pivot tables. I am trying to do some analysis and benchmarking of salaries. It would be useful to be able to calculate medians in the same way as avarages in a pivot table. I am trying to calculate the median salaries for example first by Grade, then by Job Title etc, then calculate the median over a rage of grades or titles or other criteria.

I have currently got my pivot to do a min, average and max calculation and want to add median to it without having to manually calculate it in the base data.
