Scroll Bar not working when shifting between Excels - Infuriating

All,

I have two microsoft excel applications open.
When switching between them, I cannot use the scroll bar on the mouse (does nothing) until I have minimised and maximised the application.

Does anyone know why, or how to resolve?

Hello Heski,

Not sure what you are referring to. Does the sroll bar not move in either instance of Excel? You said "I cannot use the scroll bar on the mouse", does this mean the mouse scroll wheel is not functioning? Please help us to understand your post.

Thanks for your reply Leith, apologies for the ambiguity.

I was referring to the scroll wheel on my mouse not rolling the page up within the excel sheet. I restarted my computer which resolved the problem and forgot to check my post.
