    copying mail id

    Hi,

I received mail with 70+ mail ids, I want to copy each mail id in each row

    Example:
Copied all the mail ids in A1 Cell

    A1 cell show – Raghu_vemula; Santosh_sahu; venu_kollipara; durga_Prasad; and so on!!!

All the mail ids are separated with “;”

    A2 – Raghu_vemula
    A3 – Santosh_sahu
    A4 – Venu_kollipara
    A5 – Durga_Prasad

Is there any way to copy as above.

    Thanks - Sagar

    This may work for you.

    1. Select cell A1.
    2. Go to DATA--TEXT TO COLUMNS
    3. Select Delimited-- NEXT
    4. There will be checkboxes with Delimiters. Choose Other, and use ; as the character in the other box.
    5. This will separate all of the names into separate columns. (A1, B1, C1,etc)
    6. If you need the names all vertically, then highlight then entire selection, and copy it. Next, choose a destination cell, right click, choose paste special, and choose TRANSPOSE.

    Report back if this helps.
