I need to return a list from a schedule. I need the list to be contingent upon the "station" and to return the value from "in" and "cook" in seperate cells. If there is a blank in the "in" and/or "station" then I need it to skip to the next row not leaving any blanks in the list. Is it also possible to have the list auto sort.

Chris 1:00 PM 9:00 PM Grill
Joe 5:00 PM 12:00 AM Grill
Jim 1:00 PM 9:00 PM Pantry
