Excel to Business Objects and vice versa

Hi Everyone,

I 'm starting to learn Business Objects 6, can anybody recommend a good link (tutorials) of basic to advance Excel data integration to Business Objects and vice versa.

I already googled some but just to make sure i'm not missing a good link.
