Escalation formula

I wnated to set the formula for escalation in price like price of commodit in year 2007 is $1 at the escalation of 5% after 3 years it should be % 1.05 anf this needs to be escalation at block year of every three year. and this needs to change if i change the no of years and % of escalation

the problem given in attched file please hlep me in thsi this is very urgent for me
