Losing notes following MS Query Refresh

I currently use many SQL query reports in work displaying a range of different tables of data. The idea for these is for other members of staff to view them and comment on them. However, if the type their comments in say row 6 and I refresh the data then I may need the comment to be in row 5 now. Does anyone know a way around this as it is beginning to annoy me. I have thought of writing a macro which cuts and pastes the data to a seperate sheet prior to the refresh and then uses a VLOOKUP to bring the notes back into the sheet and then paste them as values. However this has its flaws. Please help as it would make my life a lot easier.

I have the same issue and posted the very same question. I tried to search before posted but didn't find an answer, let me know if you figure this out.
