There are many programs availabel for this. These programs install themselves as a printer on your computer. You simply print what you want in the PDF as if you wanted to print it on paper, but choose the PDF printer instead of your ordinary printer. The printout is then returned as a PDF file. These programs allow you to convert to PDF from all your applications, not just Excel.
