How to put pictures in the comment?

I want to attach a picture to a cell, but as pictures take up too much space and attention, it should be visible only when "called" for.
I thought of making it a part of a comment attached to that cell and hidden, but that is not possible.

Anyone has a good idea?

If it could be in an adjacent cell instead of in the comment, you could just insert a hyperlink to the picture file in the adjactent cell....
